the 32G 3Gs is just selling alone at around AED2995, factory unlocked. A lot cheaper if coming with the contract. Here you could probably find it's quite pricey even with contract.

etisalat knows that people are waiting for this phone they really should tell people "it is coming soon" or even acknowledge that the iphone 3gs exists.

anyway. one time i went andasked them when it is going to be released and they told me it will be here in the next Gytex (i think this is how to spell it)

Gitex? how is it related to Gitex, very stupid as usual of Etisalat. I thought that Gitex is in OCT?

depends on what do you want. u know what's the difference from 2g and 3gs, yes it is probably not worth as you can upgrade your 2g to 3.0x but if u'll buy an htc hero, then I don't see the point.

there wer rumors that the 3gs would be released at 7 or 9 august but now its the 16th and still no sign of it. i even asked istyle in dfc and he said it should be here in august.

well, i am sorry, but no one knows when it is coming here. because we are clients of a retarded company, sorry, but etisalat should really say when the iphone 3gs is coming.
and regarding the apple warranty, i think you can use it in istyle, call them and make sure.
