Yup. Just checked it it's correct. It only works for a data package.

When i dial *144*3# on my iphone, it gives me "Invalid Service" !!!

I get the same error! I have a 3Gs factory unlocked....
I have the 1 gb data package....
I was told its something with my phone, So I have to hold the home button and power buttong down at the same time - but is that not a reset?? I dont want that, im happy with my settings etc :-)

I'm using an officially unlocked iPhone 3GS, software version 3.01 with iTunes 8.2.1.6.

I downloaded the etisalat_ae_v1.5.ipcc.zip file, which contains a file named etisalat_ae_v1.5.ipcc - in Windows, when I try <shift> "Check for Update", the dialogue looks for a file with a .ipsw extension??

Should the file type be ipcc or ipsw?
