I think I have enabled carrier bundles for iTunes (Not entirely sure how to tell for certin but I followed the instructions!)
I have downloaded the file: etisalat_ae_v1.6.ipcc, unzipped it and saved it to my desk top.

When I go into iTunes and hold down shift and click "Update" the browser window opens but will only look for .ipsw files so will not find my .ipcc file.

Any tips? I'm really struggling to enable Tethering on my iPhone 3G (Etisalat)

According to Mobily's CIO: Tethering is coming officially this February.
I should only assume the same will happen to Etisalat since apparently they have more power than mobily (breath breath ... save rant for later )
