Connecting iPod to internet via wifi thru a Mac connected to the inernet?

Hi guys,

I don't know if this has been asked before, I have done a search in the forums and I can't find anything on it.

On a Mac you can turn Airport on to create a network, I can then connect to this network on my iPod. While away on business this is how I used the remote app on the iPod (brilliant by the way). Anyway is there a way I can connect to the internet on the iPod via my macbook which is connected to the internet via a network cable?

Thanks in advance.

Isn't that in the Internet Sharing settings? You share the Ethernet connection over Airport? That's what you mean, right?

think so.

I have now turned on internet sharing via airport.

I can get a IP add & a subnet mask but nothing else.

By the way I am on my office network
