Problems connecting AOL IM in Dubai

I just moved from Windows to Mac and i am facing some problems connecting my AOL. I have used the same settings as i had before on my Windows (using port 5192). On Windows it works perfectly but on the MAC OSX 10.5.2 I can get connected, read my mail, reply ...etc BUT i cannot browse the internet !!!

Can anyone help?

Hi there,
For AOL, just change the port number to 443 and it should work just fine. I am using the same in iChat for my .Mac account.

For difficulties with internet browsing put the proxy in the Safari i.e. proxy1.emirates.net.ae port 8080 if you still facing problems.
