Extending monitor over another Mac I'm looking for a piece of software that can share another Mac's monitor onto another one. But instead of the usuall share, it can use it to extend the desktop. So for example if you have an iMac and a MacBook connected via network. You can use the iMac's monitor to extend your MacBook's desktop. Essentially giving the MacBook the functionality of a second monitor. I have seen this application, but can't remember the name of it.

Doesn't sound like what you're looking for but TelePort might be it? It doesn't extend your desktop over network but it does let you use one Mac's keyboard and mouse on several Macs connected over network.

Thanks Elchemor. It turns out Remote Display is discontinued. But your suggestion led me staright to ScreenRecycler. This is actually the one I know about (but couldn't remember You can still find copies of Remote Display around the net. But without a license, it will expire in 30 days (I think).
