    HP Laserjet for Mac

    Hi Folks:

I've recently shifted over to the mac os at work.

With parallels I'm able to run most of my PC applications and going pretty well for now.

However, most of the printers we have at the office are not MAC compatible. I'm planning to get a dedicated printer for my desk.

COuld you recommend any HP Laserjet printer for personal use. My company only buys HP Printers !!

    Thanks

If you have only HP printers, which ones don't work with Mac? In my experience pretty much all printers from major manufacturers like HP work with Mac.

    Hey Magnus

I've got a HP Laserjet 1600 at my desk, for which I'm not able to find a mac driver

and HP Laserjet 1100 at home.

We have a HP Laserjet m2727, for which mac driver is available, but I can't configure duplex printing, which I was able to configure in Windows

Quick Google reveals that some say that 1600 is almost the same as 2600 and there are Mac drivers for 2600. Guess you could try Ghostscript. It doesn't list 1600 or 2600 but one of their drivers might work. Google also reveals other options.
