You won't be able to get the screen replaced with a 1 dead pixel.
Try to massage the area a little, maybe that will fix it.
I couldn't tell from the picture where the pixel is.

Fang is right, they're not going to replace it for 1 dead pixel. It's just a factor of life with these screens and you have to have more of them to get it replaced. Try massage, I've never seen it work myself but there are plenty of stories around that it's helped.
There used to be a rule that you need at least 3-4 dead pixels to be eligible for a replacement.
I did use successfully the pixel massage technique in the past. The key is to do it right...
[edit: I can only recommend the gentle massage. I just realize the site linked above also advertises their JScreenFix applet, but I don't know about that.]
More methods and advice here (Wikihow).

I am out of warranty already, but I want to know if I can replace the screen by buying new one?
Please note that when I turn off the computer, I see a white color on the same place of what I think it is a dead pixel.
And by the way when I first bought my iMac, I found one dead pixel, and istyle has changed all the iMac for me.

I ditto the comments by the other posters .. The massage technique works like a charm .. Actually I've found lavender scented massage oil to work the best .. you can buy it from L'Occitane in Marina Mall ... Be generous with the oil
ok that is good, but the Marina Mall is the one in Abu Dhabi or Dubai?

Using oil is optional. The idea is to avoid scratching the screen as you massage it. Hence the mention of wet cloth etc.
It has nothing to do with the actual 'rescue' operation i.e., it is the massage and applied pressure etc. that do the trick, of making the liquid in the LCD flow evenly again...
@MohamadAkkad, you were lucky that iStyle accepted to change it with only 1 dead pixel - good customer service that! Because Apple's policy doesn't oblige them too...
Cheers,
-Michl
