    Macbook Pro 15" in dubai

Hi im sorry if im posting this in a wrong section i didnt know where to post my question
    so i was searching online n i see a macbook pro 15" i7 4gb ram 500GB 5400Rpm is about 2100-2200 $

i live in iran n mac is much more expensive here i have to spend about 2800 $ to get that macbook pro .. why pay extra 600 $ when you can use that to upgrade the ram to 8gb & your hard drive to a 7200 rpm?!
so i thought maybe i could buy a macbook pro the next time that i travel to dubai

i wanted to know how much do you pay for a macbook pro in dubai? as i said i7 , 4gb ram

plus , how much extra cash do you need for upgrading to 8 gb ram & 7200 rpm hard

    thank you

Where are you Located,Since the prices in Dubai are way off compared to the USD equivalent.

Get a peep at Apple Authorised Distributor ME store

prices listed there and @iStyle are about the same.

With the present prices its about a 800$ difference excluding shipping and customs from the US Store.

Yup as you said the 15ncher is 2100/2200 amazon elsewhere.

    here it is
    10,299.00 AED = 2,803.82 USD

Thats exactly how much youre paying buying in Iran itself.
Remember seeing the Duty Free prices a bit under the retail price @istyle,any idea about that Magnus ?

EDIT:Hit the link i put up before and select the UAE store.Theyre the same price as iStyle so you can use that as reference.

Why pm? Why not put the shop name here? If it's a good one it will be good advertising and everyone will be happy to know a good place to buy their next Mac; if it's a bad shop everyone will want to know even more...

uh?? From the above quote: "one year local and international warranty." Which is Apple's standard anyway.
    Cheers,
