Looks nice. however if the set up includes an external hard drive and the macbook pro, it could get pretty warm. Something which integrates a cooling system would be ideal.

for a while now i have never figured out where the mbp actually dissipate's heat from. I don't see a vent or small any air intake. I hadn't thought of that point actually. Do you know any alternative that I can find down here .

I've been looking for a similar accessory. In the end just ended up buying one of these cooling mats/trays which you sit the MBP on top of, plugs into the USB socket and the fan cools the machine. Not as pretty as the dock you showed but helps with the cooling as my MBP is on for long durations (therefore it gets pretty warm).

Its looks nice but it takes away valuable USB life (port) from my macbook pro. One of my biggest complaints for the mbp is the number of usb ports. I have a minimum of 5-6 connections to my pc at one time.
