Does anyone know if the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) of the Sony PS3 is compatible with MAC ?

Nope. Apple has not joined. The member companies can be found on their website here:

While the iLife suite isn't DLNA compatible, you can turn your Mac (and related media libraries..) into a DLNA server.

I've used TwonkyMedia before, and it worked as advertised, however it's not free.

There are a number of others, a quick search led me to this page which seems to be a good starting point:
