iPhone integration with BMW 3 series

Hi guys,
Can I know what are the steps to be taken to integrate an iPhone with BMW 325i for using the steering wheel buttons to manage calls?

Thanks in advance.

How is it connected?
Does the car have Bluetooth?
Or are you looking for a connector?

The car is brand new 325i fully loaded options. But, I have read that iPhone via bluetooth is having issues, so would be more comfortable with an option where the connector charges + integrates with the system for phone calls

The iPhone worked as an iPod using the ICElink connection for BMW.
It gave full control, but asked to go to airport mode.
It works perfectly, even if its on.
But it doesn't display any video.

Wonder if this would help : The Complete Guide to iPhone Car Integration | iLounge Article

But then too many wires, i just had a touchscreen installed in my ford focus, and tried a million ways to get the video off my touch to the sceen, but no luck. Tho you could check out yelowhat at times square, they might have a solution. Besides, i think if you have a branded head unit, just search for ipod integration cable ? If however it is stock, then get some name/number/serial anything that can help identify it and lets get on google hunt
