if u love sumthing too mch, set it free, if it comes back, it loves u too, if it dsnt, you two were never meant to be...

sori for the philosophical answer:P umm, my frnd messed up his iPhone aswell, and it costs a hell lot to get it fixed, and there isnt any gurantee tht it'll work since the copyright already gets infringed when u get it unlockd... bottom line, if u realli love it, buy a new one, cuz getting it repaird wud cost anywhere from 600-1000Dhs... wudnt u rather buy a new one by adding the same amount?

Something else to consider... by all accounts there will be a new iPhone launched on June 9.

U can try to erase it and send it to the US.
But I really doubt it will be repaired under warranty.

Ok, I've got a solution a certain techshop called Safeway ( 042727308 ) will replace the touchscreen for 850 dhs. Not bad than to have 2500 dhs paperweight.

Well if you plan on buying another one to replace it then by all means do it! What do you have to loose ? You already have a paper weight that is currently illegal and will not be supported by apple.
