iPhone Developing Registration

Dear Developers,

I got a question here...
When I try to register in the Development Program and of course when I choose UAE, it says that there are no App Store in this country which I believe it's wrong, we do have Emirati Store for Apps.

Can you advise me what to do here ?

The Emarati store has nothing to do with the developer program. Registration for the developer program has to be done via the Apple website. I did and paid the $99.00 fees, got the confirmation, and access to the developer portal. However, I was not successful in downloading the iPhone SDK. Every time I tried, I got the message that I was timed out. I sent Apple an email and they replied asking me details of my commuter, which I did, yet to no avail. I am still trying.

Sorry to hear that... I just downloaded the recently updated Xcode 3.2.2 with iPhone SDK 3.2. Of course the dmg is 2.48GB so you need a decent connection for sure.

On a side note, anyone can download the above and start programming for free... It's just that you're limited to the iPhone simulator. But that's good enough to get started, and some more. Once you get serious time to fork the USD99...
