Consolidated forums

I've consolidated quite a number of the forums. For example, there's now a whole section for iPhone, iPod and iPad and each one has a forum. All the country forums are now joined into one. I'll keep an eye on other forums too and see if they can be joined. All old messages and threads are still there and direct links to all of them should redirect to their new locations.
