HP iPAQ 914c SMS sending failed

Hi Friends!
I have purchased HP iPAQ 914c Mobile. I receive all messages without any problem but can't send text messages. Some times the message is delivered to the recipient but still I receive an alert that the "Your message could not be sent, try again".
Any body knows the solution? Please guide me.
