I'm trying to get a Q&A session with du either for Shufflegazine magazine or podcast. So now I'd like your help with questions. It could involve:
I can't promise this Q&A session will even happen (still waiting for things at du to be approved and stuff) or that your particular question will be answered, but I think this is a good thing we need to participate in.
- How does iPhone billing work? Why are some iPhone bill so high?
- Why is there such a shortage on iPhones? What is being done to address it?
- Etc.

I had a friend that tried to buy a phone from Axiom, and they wanted to force him to buy a new line.
They spoke to a person from Du that told them they are reading the memo incorrectly, and that you CAN link the phone to your existing line.
The guy wouldn't listen.

Good questions. Question 1 has already been answered, check interview in November issue Shufflegazine, don't think we'll get any different answer than that.
1- What are they going to do about reimbursing money already paid to du? (I paid my bill due to the fact that I thought the high costs were due to int'l roaming. Now after getting a second high bill I am questioning the amount of the first bill. I have accumulated approx Dhs 4,000 in 5 weeks.
2- Will they refund all costs of the iPhone for returns for not providing the service ordered?
3- How do they feel about loosing customers to Etisalat?
1) Why when customers sign up for a fixed rate (unless you exceed it) Elite Plan do they charge you an amount at variance with that plan. E.g. Bronze at 200 AED pm. Last bill - 124??
2) How EXACTLY is the Early Bird Credit set to work?? The Elite Plans carried TWO offers. 12x50 AED (600) over one year (which seems to be getting credited to my bill) and also a 500 AED credit which I have not seen and cannot get much of an answer as to when I will???
