EMUG Meeting August 21 (?)

According to our normal schedule the next EMUG meeting is this Friday, August 21. Since there's a chance Ramadan starts Friday, if I understand it correctly, is there any point in having the meeting?

If someone is still interested I don't mind going to the meeting, if not, we'll shoot for an EMUG Iftar as per tradition. We'll get back to you with more information on that.

There are some important things that members should discuss in the near future, including this site and GITEX.

I prefer the annual EMUG Iftar dinner. I have attended the last 2 Iftar dinners and it would be nice to continue the tradition.

It seems the only EMUG gathering I've ever made it to are the annual Iftar. See, you should have loads of food at all the meetings!

It's weird and cool that we have a cyber tradition. This site is very much like family.

I understand that and that's why I asked. Even though we have important things to discuss I don't mind missing this meeting much and "just" do the Iftar.

I also prefer our annual Ramadan EmiratesMac tradition, thought don't mind if we had a short and condensed meeting with the said important stuff, so it ends either before 5PM or starts after 9PM
