GITEX Coming Up Soon

It's that time of the year again - GITEX is approaching fast. Yes I know it's still Ramadan, then Eid, and many of you probably can't spend much time thinking about GITEX yet, but we got to start.

Like last year EMUG will be present at GITEX in collaboration with Arab Business Machine. We'll hang out at their stand, chat with visitors, do some presentations, and more.

We hope you will consider joining us for a day, a few hours, or whatever time you can spare. GITEX runs from Oct 19 to 24 and we'll put together a schedule of what EMUG members will be there during the week, so we can get coverage all week.

If you can join us for a few hours, we'll try to arrange a day-pass for you; if you can help out over several days, we'll try to arrange a week-pass for you.

We also have some EMUG shirts and hats still and we'll give you a shirt and hat if you help out, as long as we have any left.

So let us know if and when you can join in - post here or send us pm/email.

Cant wait to be there. From their newsletter it seems this year it would be huge.

Unfortunately its all during weekdays, so I cant be there all the time. But i will manage to get at least one full day.

Do you have any idea about the opening/closing times.

Opening hours we'll have to double check but I think it'll be this:
Sunday: 13-19
Monday to Wednesday: 10-19
Thursday: 10-17

Concerning message... it's really simple, tell people about EMUG and EmiratesMac.com, talk to them about Apple stuff, help them with problems, hand out Shufflegazine.
