Maybe it is an old news, but I saw Ramadhan app in iTunes. Cool!
I did not review it yet, but from what I saw, it notifies you about your daily timings.

Another nice program is iQuran.
It has recitation and translations.

I think the Ramadan app is very inaccurate. Read the reviews. I just looked at it few days ago and there are a lot of people complaining about it.

It looks like iPray is a better choice.
However, no program on AppStore will give you notification (athan or alarm) without it being open.
Which kind of voids the point.
This is due to Apple's restrictions.
