i have the mStand i just got it from New York... iStyle is doing so much better then i expected... the only thing missing is me being the CEO of that company and i would reduce the prices just a tad bit :P

when i go to the United States every 2 months i always look for Accsesories that are not available here and get them, no matter what the price is... like the B&W Zeppline Speakers that i was so excited to bring back a month ago and to my surprize after 7 months waiting since it was sold in the Apple store.. iStyle decides to bring it down the same time i buy mine :P i was soooooo pissed, but thenk God i got it from the US cause it was 1000DHS Cheeper... :P so i am still happy about that... and now the mStand... whats next???? it seems like iStyle is going towards having everything the Apple Store has... which is Good... i am pleased we have such a store in the UAE... better than not having anything... there is one more thing that iStyle needs to do to become the perfect store and that is getting what they want from the US and not having to wait till Apple Europe throws a bown at them.. if u get my drift... i know they want to be all certified and approved by Apple, but that will never happen... hahahhah poor souls... they are trying so hard to be excepted into the Apple Store world and get the full franchize and legal stuff, but that will never happen, cause once Apple is done with Australia and CHINA and India and SOUTHaFRICA it will come down to DUBAI and will Open an Apple Store and iStyle will eventualy be left a side somewhere in a dark Alle... hahahah... we all know its true iStyle... we love ya, i love ya, but ur time will expire sometime in the very near future sorry iStyle u will have to face it :P but for now... keep up the great the job we are proud of u :P

iSTYLE is approved by Apple, the Apple Premium Reseller program is an Apple retail program that identifies partners that promise on the Apple brand. I am very glad to say we were one of the first people to roll out in the program, and with 12 stores in Europe, and 6 in the Middle East, we are quite a key partner.

Nice to see you on the site, hope you stick around and take part of more discussions, Hani. Recently we had a discussion here on the site with a Gulf News reporter and although it was a bit rough and personal at times I think both sides learned things. Personally I think an open and frank (but civil and constructive) debate is a good thing, and we're more than happy to help facilitate it here on this site.

I think many of us see iStyle as one of the best retailers of Apple stuff in our region, and Appleholic did give you a lot of praise, and it'll be interesting to see what his reply is. That said I think with your stores in high-profile areas it create demand and expectations, especially from anyone who's ever been in an Apple Store and that's going to be a challenge for you to live up to. Let's face it, most custmers don't know (or care, nor do I think they should have to) about whether you are an APR or an Apple Store. That may be an important distinction to you since you're running iStyle, but I'm not sure customers should have to care.

Hi Magnus, I think you misunderstood my comment - Its not about them knowing whether it is an APR or an Apple Store (i think this is quite obvious), its about our customers knowing that the place they are buying Apple products from is authorized or not - contrary to what was said.

I see iStyle as a good way to promote Apple products but it stops there.

Every time I walk into an iStyle the prices are way too high, the sales people are mis-informed or not informed at all, and the general atmosphere greatly pales when compared to say an Apple store in the US. You have one dude surfing the internet, while the second sales person is filing her nails... and both are (in knowledge) dumber than a box of rocks.

I for one will NEVER buy a Mac or actual Apple device from iStyle. a store trying to cash in (big time) on something that is becoming bigger in the world now... Sort of like a bacterium trying to crash Anna Kornakova's immune system. Everyone wants to, and indeed the white abd red blood cells are all there... but the bacterium is just taking it too far.

Yeah, I just compared iStyle to Bacteria, I would have compared it to a faulty Greddy waste-gate but wasnt sure how many people would get that.

and by the way, we do appreciate Appleholics praise and appreciation, he knows very well he has his place in our stores all the time. on this note, keep in mind, a new iSTYLE is coming up in Dubai within 2 months.

Guys, keep in mind that iStyle is Apple in the UAE (and else where).
Apple prices are higher here than in the US, but not that much compared to other places in the world. But I wouldn't mind seeing a nice price drop. Maybe a 90% discount for EMUG members.

Nice to see you on the site.
We always hear one side of the story here, it would be nice to here the other side for a change.
Also, the presence of iStyle here tends to give customers the sense that they haven't been abandoned.
