I've asked both Saleh and CDA for a further explanation. There are two sides to every story so we'll try to figure out what both sides have to say.
Saleh writes on his blog about what he says is the worst Apple/Mac support ever:
Bad customer service is what makes you hate a brand, otherwise every Apple product is sexy and nice to have, but when it comes to work and machines that serve as production units, it ain’t funny when it gets there, when you get “Computer Direct Access” to handle your machines support, I mean come on, just because they’re the only people available in Abu Dhabi they screw you up the way they want and guess what, no manager to talk to!
I’ve sent them an iMac to be fixed, a problem with the logical-board, n’ I’ve been trying to follow up with them since ever.
The very reason everyone I know told me why I shouldn’t depend on Macs. Man!

Saleh has posted a follow-up:
Glad some things got answered for Saleh, but I still haven't heard back from CDA.Back on the subject of Macs support in Abu Dhabi, in the last post I put all my anger out at the Computer Direct Access service center, and after Magnus posted it on Emirates Mac forum, I finally got a real response from the Branch Manager at CDA Abu Dhabi. After a quick conversation with Mr. Mustafa, I concluded the problem with him to be the receptionist who did not answer no questions neither did he took care of the matter or follow up.
