Vodafone in UAE?

I have noticed a strong campaign by Vodafone all over Dubai.
There are posters on the road along a number of Dubai's roads.
This may be due to the F1 going on in Abu Dhabi, as they sponsor Alonso's car.
But it says something like "welcome to the network" or something like that.
Weird....

Anyone know what this is about?

I know about that partnership.

provide du customers with improved voice and data roaming access across 67 countries. In turn, Vodafone will be able to use du’s state-of-the-art 3G network to offer its customers full set of services available on home network capabilities and extended coverage within the UAE.

But those ads seem to be something more.
