Help setting up

Hi everyone?

I am due to start work in Abu Dhabi end of June/July. I am required to set up a design studio from scratch and I am in the process of putting equipment lists together. I need some advice on what I need in order to produce Western (latin) layouts and also Arabic.

Can I get Quark 7 and get an extension to help with font and page layout, is there something similar for CS3? Where can I get Mac help and support from if things don't go smoothly, etc.

Any advice will be much appreciated

Thank you in advance
