Arabic Messed Up in Safari

I've read other posts about Arabic issues in Safari, and have yet to find a solution. I deleted all versions of Arial, Tahoma, and Times New Roman, and it still messes up. I disabled all versions of those fonts, and it still messes up.

The one thing I've yet to try is to replace the versions of Arial, Tahoma, and Times New Roman that Microsoft Office 2008 installed with the original Mac versions. Mainly because I don't know where to get the original versions of those fonts. If someone with Mac OS X 10.5 (so I get the newest version of the fonts) and has not installed Microsoft Office before, could you email me those three fonts? My email is Admin: send pm

Here is a link to a site that Safari cannot view the Arabic correctly: Arabs Children Literate

If you go to the index, all stories that aren't new work fine: Arabs Children Literate

Lastly, I attached what I see when I view one of the new stories.

P.S. I mention Tahoma because in the source of the page of the first link I included, it uses Tahoma.

The problem is that the page doesn't have the problem tags.

When I clicked on the link, I got messed up text/
But when I changed the encoding it looked fine.

Go to View>Text Encoding>Arabic (Windows)
