Thinking about buying a macbook pro but...

Hey guys,

I'm interested in the Macbook pro laptop but I've heard that it has some annoying widespread glitches like the sound popping when coming off standby or the yellowish part of the screen.

my question to all the macbook pro users out there, how well is your laptop functioning and are those errors not as wide spread as i think and im being paranoid or what?

it's a bit pricey, at $2500, so i wanna make sure that its problem free before dishing out that much for a notebook.

I was actually planning to buy it around Christmas or so, hopefully the new line will be out by then.
