Just got my Shufflegazine yesterday, thank you.

Really liked the My iPhone article and will be definitely checking out all those apps. I find it very hard to find anything decent and I am unwilling to risk paying for some incase they are useless!

Will this be a regular item, now we have the an official iPhone available here in the UAE?

Also I have a suggestion for another item, 'My Podcasts' there are so many out there but finding some are not easy. I am sure that many of us here listen/watch similar podcasts such as TWiT but we may also have a few unknown stashed in our iPods.

Yeah. I got mine as well.
But I wished you expanded at least a little on the functionality of the apps.

I would prefer to look up apps that are of interest to me, rather than all and then choosing from that.

Also, one thing I wanted to note is the LiveScribe Pulse.
This is actually not a new technology.
The Leapfrog Fly is based on a similar technology.
But is aimed more towards teaching than note taking.
You can buy the paper with dots, and its called "Fly Paper"

I'd love to keep "My iPhone" in each issue. Depends on whether readers want to send us a screenshot of their iPhone with details of apps.

"My Podcasts" sound like a good idea.

I understand what you're saying about the amount of description of apps, for example, fangpyre. Unfortunately it's a balance we'll always have to fight with between how deep do we go into any one thing and how much width do we want to convey.

I know we could improve in many ways, that's for sure. For example, one thing I wanted to do for this issue was to put in a few more apps (both for Mac and for iPhone) and then summarize them in a table with check marks for different features and characteristics. But we ran out of time to get that all done basically. So perhaps next time

For Shufflegazine issues, better contact the Shufflegazine team.

I believe you need a free issuu account, then you can find all their issues online at Issuu - You Publish. Right now December is the latest one there, we're a few months behind on getting copies online.

The online issues will always be at least one month behind the print issues, at least for the foreseeable future. The idea is not that online will replace the printed copy but act as a teaser for new potential readers.

As I said, we're a few issues behind now, and yes we're working on it. The problem we have, to be perfectly honest, is converting newer issues to a format that is accepted by issuu.com. If we just export our Indesign file to a PDF file, then upload it issuu says it can't be properly converted. So we have some experimentation left to do to come up with the right formula.
