heheh... good question... i have 3 iphone thats i Use... one for testing and one that is Jailbroken/Unlocked that i use as my Main mobile... and i do have a Locked AT&T version that is 100% Legal.. i activated it legally cause i travel a lot to the USA like every 2 to 3 months... so i upDated the Legal one...
but Jailbreaking the new 2.0 software has been done... we are just waiting for the Div Team to release it to the public any time soon
