Outgoing mail problem

Hi,

Hope somebody can help. Have setup a new exchange account on MBA, can receive mails OK but having problems sending.

Connection doctor says the outgoing smtp is connected (exmail.emirates.net.ae) but get an error when sending that says the mail was rejected by the server?

Any ideas appreciated, have tried different ports (currently using 25) & security settings etc but no luck so far.
