In the absence of a "reputation plugin" this kind of feedback is of great importance to both the seller and other potential buyers. Comments about the condition of my stuff, posted by happy buyers, helped me to sell the other items I'd listed.

It's an important area, you're right. As I said in the other post, there is a reputation system built-in already.
