Wow that is expensive. I always buy my apples with the minimum ram spec and upgrade from Crucial. I have had zero problems with their Ram to Date. 512mb Ram from Crucial with your spec would have cost: $57.99.
They will also deliver to the UAE. I recommend you hit up crucial next time you want to upgrade Ram.
