Good idea, would get my vote. What I don't get is that Twitter was blocked before I had heard of it. I think I keep pretty up to date with the new sites as I am a regular listener to TWiT, net@nite and commandN. So I do try most the new websites that they talk about. When I heard of Twitter I tried it and found it blocked.
Also, I am not fully up to speed on what Twitter is but does it work with a mobile phone here as it does in the US? Also if it is just tweets (ie text) then how can the TRA block it? I would of thought it would be less risky than facebook.
