I am actually pro Etisalat blocking websites.
But the last few years, it has become a nuisance.

It blocks Twitter, Flickr, FM, as well as some YouTube pages.
If they continue to block too strictly, they will force people to break their hold.
Thus voiding the point of censorship altogether.
