Since you ask - what do you think?

My view is that BitTorrent technology is nothing bad or evil in itself. In fact, it's a pretty fantastic technology which makes distribution of especially larger files easier and cheaper for whoever is distributing them. I often download things like Linux distros, which is perfectly legal and acceptable use of BitTorrent.

That said, BitTorrent technology is used a lot to illegally distribute software, movies, music, books, etc. and that's not good. So in that sense there's a user beware message, sure.
