I spotted an ad for these guys a week ago vi my gmail account. After a quick trip to their site and seeing what they had done I knew they were destined to be wiped form the surface of the earth by the apple legal team.

Not sure if you have ever heard of OpenDarwin, but it was an apple approved open source version of OSX, running on the PPC architecture.

Apple openly supported the group and gave them code for the project, until their [apple] move to the intel platform. Once that happened apple stated that the intel code was now closed source, and open darwin died a quiet death.
