Something else you can do is export to Quicktime and PDF from KeyNote. I usually do that as a backup. With Quicktime you retain the effects and the interactivity (click to go to next slide), with PDF you don't. But both would play well on a regular Windows PC. Check this page for some examples of the Quicktime export.
