basically you need these two.
the mini DVI you can get from iStyle (it is the standard Apple connector).
I saw the second one in Hyper Panda (maybe Carrefour, but not sure)
I'm sure you you'll figure out how to connect everything once you see what you have.
Notice how the black cable has a DVI on one end and a HDMI on the second.
