My lag on a 1 mbps connection from etisalat (dynamic IP) varies from 200-600 ms. It is usually on the higher end on weekends.
BTW, anyone running WoW on a MacBook with the newer gfx card? My friend with the old macbook doesn't have this problem but my game always crashes when I open the map in Nagrand or SMV.
