Hey s2000 could you post your log files and dmesg output to the list so we can look. I have had several kernel panics with Mac Kernels and every time I have experienced kernel panics in the past it has been because of a driver issue which has caused the problems
Usually due to me playing with new hardware... using a bsd or linux driver.
There should a seperate log file for a kernel panic (panic.log).
